Three terrorists killed for attempting to sneak into Pakistan from Afghanistan
2024-01-01
[GEO.TV] Security forces killed three forces of Evil in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s (KP) Bajaur District who were trying to infiltrate the Pakistain-Afghanistan border
...also known as Pashtunistan, home of ignorance, poverty, and automatic weapons...
on Sunday, a statement issued by the military's media wing said.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that security forces picked up movement of the three forces of Evil who were trying to infiltrate the Pak-Afghan border in Bajaur’s Batwar area.

After exchange of fire, all three bad boyz were potted by the security forces. "Weapons, ammunition and explosives were also recovered from the killed terrorists," the ISPR added.

In another incident that took place on late Saturday night, forces of Evil from inside Afghanistan opened fire on a Pak border post in the Spinwam area of North Wazoo district.

Own troops responded in a befitting manner causing considerable losses to the terrorists, the ISPR said.

During the exchange of fire, a soldier having fought gallantly embraced martyrdom. The martyred soldier was 31-year-old Naik Abdul Rauf from Rahim Yar Khan district.

Pakistain has consistently been asking the interim Afghan government to ensure effective border management on their side of the border.

"The interim Afghan government is expected to fulfil its obligations and deny the use of Afghan soil by forces of Evil for perpetuating acts of terrorism against Pakistain," it concluded.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that security forces also killed at least five forces of Evil in an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Mashkai area of Awaran district, Balochistan
...the Pak province bordering Kandahar and Uruzgun provinces in Afghanistan and Sistan Baluchistan in Iran. Its native Baloch propulation is being displaced by Pashtuns and Punjabis and they aren't happy about it...
on Saturday night.

Terrorists’ hideout was also busted and a cache of arms, ammunition and explosives was recovered, according to the ISPR's statement.

Embattled Sen. Bob Menendez spent years helping developer and imam behind controversial ground zero mosque
2023-09-24
[NY Post] Sen. Robert Menendez spent years helping the Egyptian-American imam behind the controversial Ground Zero Mosque — a plan the embattled Democrat later championed.

Menendez, 69, was indicted on federal bribery charges Friday, along with his wife, for schemes that allegedly benefited the government of Egypt and three New Jersey businessmen.

Starting in 1989, when the senator was the mayor of Union City, NJ, Menendez reportedly secured more than $2 million in public cash and loans for Egyptian-American imam Feisal Abdul Rauf.

The funding was meant to renovate three low-income apartment buildings Rauf owned there, according to reports — buildings that, tenants complained, remained dilapidated for years after the money was received.

At the same time, Rauf was in business with developer Fred Daibes — the Menendez political benefactor who allegedly bribed him with gold bars and cash, and who was named as a Menendez co-defendant Friday.

Prosecutors in the Southern District of New York say they found gold bars from Daibes in the home Menendez shares with his wife Nadine.

Rauf is not named in the federal indictment against Menendez and has not been accused of any wrongdoing.

In 2010, when controversy erupted over Rauf’s plans to build an Islamic center and mosque two blocks from the site of the World Trade Center, Menendez cheered the proposed 13-story structure.

WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT BOB MENENDEZ'S INDICTMENT
New Jersey Sen. Bob Menendez is facing federal corruption charges related to an alleged years-long scheme.

Menendez allegedly accepted bribes, including gold bars, in exchange for helping three businessmen, Wael Hana, Jose Uribe and Fred Daibes, and the country of Egypt, according to officials.

Menendez and his wife, Nadine, were charged with taking hundreds of thousands in bribes, according to a Manhattan federal indictment.

When the feds raided Menendez’s Englewood Cliffs home in June 2022, they found a 2019 Mercedes C-Class, at least 13 gold bars, and $566,000 in cash "stuffed in envelopes." Another $70,000 in cash was found in Nadine’s safe deposit box.

UK Govt Decided Not to Deport Pakistani Grooming Gang Kingpin Four Years Ago
2022-06-29
[Breitbart] The British government has been revealed to have decided four years ago to not deport the ringleader of a child rape grooming gang in Rochdale from the UK after he renounced his citizenship in his native Pakistain.

During a deportation tribunal for his fellow child rapists, Abdul Aziz, 51, was revealed to have successfully secured his status in the UK four years ago despite previously losing an appeal against the government stripping of his UK citizenship.

The ongoing tribunal for fellow Pak national Rochdale grooming gang members Adil Khan, 51 and Qari Abdul Rauf, 52, heard that Abdul Aziz renounced his Pak citizenship on July 13, 2018, just five days before all three rapists lost the right to retain their UK citizenship.

Because of this, then Home Secretary Sajid Javid made the decision "not to make a deprivation order in respect of you," thereby allowing Aziz to retain his British nationality and therefore avoid deportation, The Daily Mail reported.

Aziz, referred to by other members of the Rochdale grooming gang as "The Master", was tossed in the clink
Drop the rosco, Muggsy, or you're one with the ages!
for nine years in 2012. He was convicted of trafficking and sexually exploiting a 15-year-old girl, whom he took around apartments in Rochdale where she was plied with vodka and drugs and forced to have sex with other men in exchange for money.

In 2015, then-Home Secretary Theresa May ruled that all three men should lose their British citizenship due to the heinous nature of their crimes, saying it would be "conducive to the public good" to revoke their right to remain in the country.

The failure of successive conservative governments to deport the Pak child rapists has been a subject of controversy, perhaps explaining why the government kept it secret that it had granted Aziz the right to remain in Britannia.

The predators have launched a series of taxpayer-funded legal challenges to their deportation stretching back to 2017. Though the appeal was rejected in 2018, the government has so far failed to deport the abusers, leaving them free to roam the same streets where they groomed children and even come into contact with their victims.

The legal team representing Qari Abdul Rauf have argued that his deportation would breach his right to a "private and family life" guaranteed by the European Court of Human Rights, which still has jurisdiction over British immigration because of Prime Minister Boris Johnson
...pro-Brexit British prime minister, succeeding no-Brexit Theresa May. BoJo is noted as much for his sparkling personality and his hair as for his Conservative policies....
’s decision to remain in the Council of Europe, which is technically a separate body from the European Union
...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing...
and therefore unaffected by Brexit.

Rauf was found guilty in 2012 of raping and trafficking a 15-year-old girl, using his taxi to drive her to flats in Rochdale where others would have sex with the girl.

Adil Khan, who has argued that he should receive the same treatment as Abdul Aziz, told the tribunal: "I have a question for the Home Secretary, whether Mr Aziz was an angel and I am a devil?"

The Pak national was also convicted of impregnating a thirteen-year-old girl, yet has attempted to blame "racial bias" on the attempts to deport him from the country.

The final decision on the immigration status of Rauf and Khan is expected to be determined later this year.

Bank Accounts of Former Govt Officials Still in Country to Be Unlocked
2021-11-29
[ToloNews] Prime Minister Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund issued a decree ordering the Central Bank to unblock the bank accounts of those former government officials who have not left the country.

In September, the Islamic Emirate froze the bank accounts of former government officials and now has decided to free the accounts of those who are still in the country.

Based on the decree, the Central Bank must also pay the salaries of former government officials who still work in government departments.

The decree also directs the Central Bank to unblock the accounts of the national assembly members, but it said they will not be paid a salary.

"The Central Bank is obliged to free the accounts of those former government officials who now work with the Islamic Emirate and pay their salaries. It is also ordered to release the accounts of those former government officials who are in Afghanistan," said Ahmadullah Wasiq, a member of the cultural commission of the Information and Culture Ministry.

Based on the decree, the properties of those former government officials who have left the country and have not handed over their responsibilities to the current government will remain frozen. However,
by candlelight every wench is handsome...
their relatives’ properties and accounts will be freed.

A number of political analysts welcomed the move, saying it will create conditions for trust-building between the former government officials and the Islamic Emirate.

"The Taliban
...mindless ferocity in a turban...
have understood that the confiscation of property of former government officials was not the right thing to do, and was a political decision," said Jawad Hussaini, a political analyst.

"This encourages the former government officials who left the country and whose properties are frozen in Afghanistan (to return to the country)," said Shahzada Massoud, a political analyst.

"The Islamic Emirate should take another step demanded by all the people of Afghanistan and that is to include all the ethnicities in the cabinet," said Abdul Rauf Tawana, a university lecturer.

Several days ago the Islamic Emirate in a similar move appointed a team under the auspices of the Deputy Prime Minister Abdul Salam Hanafi to return the houses and personal vehicles of the former government officials.

Two Rochdale Child Grooming Gang Rapists Launch Another Appeal to Avoid Deportation to Pakistan: Report
2021-04-15
[Breitbart] Two Pak heritage grooming gang rapists have launched another appeal against their removal from Britannia, six years after they were supposed to be kicked out of the country, according to reports.

Adil Khan and Qari Abdul Rauf were both convicted in 2012 on a slew of charges related to the sexual abuse of children as young as 12, yet were released early and set loose onto the very same streets they once roamed, even running into their victims.

In 2015, then-home secretary Theresa May ruled that the predators should lose their British citizenship because of the heinous nature of their crimes and the fact that they still held Pak citizenship, saying that it would be "conducive to the public good" to revoke their right to remain in the country.

The group mounted a tax-payer funded challenge to the decision, saying that the ruling had violated their human rights
When they're defined by the state or an NGO they don't mean much...
. However,
nothing needs reforming like other people's bad habits...
the appeal was later rejected in 2018. Since then, both Khan and Rauf have remained in Britannia rather than being deported.

The Sun reported on Thursday that Khan has now launched another appeal, which is expected to be heard by an immigration judge some time in June. Rauf is also set to launch an appeal of his own in order to prevent the Home Office from sending him to Pakistain.

This week, Rauf candidly told a news hound that he was "surprised" that he had not been deported but that he did not believe that his removal is imminent.

A victim of Khan, who was impregnated by him when she was 13, said: "The fact they are appealing their sentences honestly makes me feel sick."

"I have to live round here and it’s so easy to find me if they want to," she told The Sun, adding: "We are nearly ten years on and me and the other victims are still being let down by the police and the legal system. No one seems to care."

Maggie Oliver — the detective-turned-whistleblower who shed light on police failures to investigate primarily Moslem, Pak-heritage grooming gangs over fears that they would be accused of racism — said: "These girls deserve justice, not to be let down by the court system again."

Lawyer Richard Scorer, who has represented many Rochdale grooming gang victims, told the newspaper: "This shows yet again that these men have no respect for the system and no remorse for what they put their victims through — to the point that they are walking the streets in the community many victims still live, making them all re-live the horror of their childhoods.

"The law should protect these victims and make sure they are able to try to live their lives without looking over their shoulder all the time."

A report from the counter-extremism think tank Quilliam in 2016 claimed that some 84 per cent of grooming gang crimes were committed by Moslem men of South Asian backgrounds.

The study went on to say that grooming gangs specifically targeted young white girls as they were seen as "easy targets" compared to girls from their own communities, whom they felt should be "protected".

Following the revelation earlier this month that Qari Abdul Rauf is still walking the streets of Rochdale, Home Secretary Priti Patel promised to "strain every sinew" to remove the child predators from the country.

Afghanistan
Taliban Attacks Up 24% Since US-Taliban Deal: NDS Chief
2021-04-12
[ToloNews] The head of the Afghan intelligence agency, Ahmad Zia Saraj, at a session with MPs on Sunday said that Taliban
...the Pashtun equivalent of men...
attacks have increased by 24% following the signing of the Doha agreement last year, adding that the group has launched 20,600 attacks since last March.

Saraj said that the Taliban has not made any changes in their ideology and that the The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire...
conference will not have the expected results.

Saraj addressed the internal security and the defense committees of the Parliament, responding to their questions on the country’s security situation as well as the diversion of the Pak parliament speaker's plane from Hamid Maybe I'll join the Taliban Karzai
...A product, and probably the sole product, of the Southern Alliance...
International Airport last week.

According to Siraj, over 4,500 Taliban and ISIS members were arrested last solar year (March 2020 to March 2021) of which 221 were involved in assassinations and bombings. He said 1,500 of them were involved in organized crimes.

"Our evaluation based on our information is that the Taliban has not changed, and the Turkey conference might be a conference like the one in Moscow in which some will attend and will return," Saraj said.

The MPs said that the government and the Taliban are blaming each other for violence.

"The Taliban is making once claim while the government makes another claim. We don’t know which one is correct," said Khan Aqa Rezaee, head of the internal security commission of the Parliament.

"Are security agencies aware that the Taliban is collecting money in Kabul," said Mahdi Rasikh, a member of the commission.

Saraj said that at least 140 suspects have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping of Balkh child Abdul Rauf, adding that the child has been kidnapped by a dangerous group that is working with the Taliban and ISIS.

"The briefings of the NDS chief to some extent convinced politicians, but the interior and defense ministers' responses were not satisfactory to the two commissions," said Mir Haidar Afzal, an MP.

Case of Kidnapped Balkh Child 'Very Complex' Says Governor
2021-04-07
[ToloNews] The family of Abdul Rauf, a nine-year-old child who was kidnapped in the northern province of Balkh more than five months ago, on Tuesday said that the case of their child has now become more complex, and they accused the Afghan government of not providing updates on the progress on his recovery.

Abdul Rauf’s father Mohammad Nabi on Tuesday showed TOLOnews photos of two alleged kidnappers who were captured and questioned by the Taliban
...Arabic for students...
because of their suspected connection to the kidnapping. The suspects are named Sayed Karim and Shah Wali.

According to Mohammad Nabi, the suspects told the Taliban that the child is being kept in areas under the control of the government.

"They (kidnappers) moved him to a government controlled-area (Abdul Rauf) from the area under the control of the Taliban, because they had been traced there; however, at the moment, we do not know where they have transferred him," said Mohammad Nabi, the father of the child.

Mohammad Nabi says he has communicated with the Taliban five times seeking help to free his child.

Mohammad Nabi also said that four suspects currently being held by the Taliban have admitted that Abdul Rauf was kept in Dawlat Abad district of Balkh for several days.

"It's shameful for the government to not be able to find a 9-year-old child for more than five months," said Zohra, mother of Abdul Rauf.

The kidnappers previously asked for $1.2 million as a ransom in exchange for the release of the child.

The kidnappers also sent several audio and video clips to the family during this period.

"Abdul Rauf’s case has become very complex, the central organs have done a lot of work—clues were indicated in Faryab, this process is now bigger than just a Balkh (authorities) matter," said Mohammad Farhad Azimi, the governor of Balkh.

The family also said that the kidnappers have tortured the child.

MoD stated that in a security operation supported by the air force, 34 Taliban snuffies were killed and 14 others are reported maimed.

According to the statement, ANDSF backed by air support targeted Taliban gatherings in Qaisar and Khwaja Sabzposh districts of Faryab province.

In the operation at least 34 Taliban were killed including Taliban commanders, Qari Nabi and Mullah Abdul Rauf known as "Kamyab" and 14 other Taliban affiliates are reportedly maimed during the operation.

The Taliban have not yet commented on the incident.

This comes as local officials in Badghis province said that four Afghan national police (ANP) members were killed in a roadside kaboom blast in the Abkamari district of the province.

The governor of Badghis, Hisamuddin Shams confirmed the incident to the media and said the incident happened on Tuesday.

According to the provincial governor, the incident took place when a vehicle carrying ANP members collided with a roadside mine placed by the Taliban in which four coppers were killed.

The killed coppers were part of a clearance operation in the district.

During the festivities five Taliban fighters are said to have been killed and seven others were maimed.

Taliban have not released any statement in regards to the reported incidents.

Afghanistan
NDS Chief Blames ‘Terrorist Groups’ for Kidnapping of Balkh Child
2021-03-15
[ToloNews] The Afghan intelligence chief Ahmad Zia Saraj on Saturday blamed "ISIS and other terrorist groups" for the kidnapping of Abdul Rauf, a nine-year-old child who was kidnapped in the northern province of Balkh four months ago.

Addressing a press briefing in Kabul on Saturday, the NDS chief said that 55 suspects have been arrested in with the kidnapping, reiterating that security forces are close to finding the place where the child is kept.

"Overall, there are 55 suspects who are nationals of Uzbekistan and from Tajikistan. Most of the arrests were made in Balkh and it continues," Saraj said.

Abdul Rauf was kidnapped four and a half months ago in Balkh province. Since then, his parents and relatives have always protested. At some stage, President Ashraf Ghani
...former chancellor of Kabul University, now president of Afghanistan. Before returning to Afghanistan in 2002 he was a scholar of political science and anthropology. He worked at the World Bank working on international development assistance. As Finance Minister of Afghanistan between July 2002 and December 2004, he led Afghanistan's attempted economic recovery until the Karzais stole all the money...
threatened to fire security officials in Balkh if the child is not rescued, but no progress has been made in this respect so far.

Rauf’s father Mohammad Nabi said he has received a new video of his son from kidnappers, giving him a new deadline of five days to pay the ransom.

"The kidnappers warned to cut my child into pieces. My blood pressure went high, and I fell down," he said.

Rauf’s father said the kidnappers have asked for $1.2 million as ransom and has given him a five-day deadline otherwise they will increase the ransom to $2.2 million.

"If they don’t do mercy on us as parents, they should be afraid of God and do mercy on an innocent child," said Zohra, Abdul Rauf’s mother.

Meanwhile,
...back at the shouting match, a new, even louder, voice was to be heard...
Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission called on the Afghan government to mobilize all its resources for a safe recovery of the abductee.

People across the country also criticized the government for failing to rescue the child in the past four months.

Abdul Rauf’s family and relatives have been protesting for the release of the child in front of office of Balkh governor for the past three months.

The protestors have called on the president to deliver on his promises about the release of the child.

He indicated that we are waiting for a "bloody war" and we must be "ready for it".

Province, he also added that 1200 Taliban were killed and 1600 were maimed in the operations conducted by the Corps this year

On the other hand, 600 Taliban attacks were repelled, Herat’s Governor, Sayed Abdul Wahid Qatali said.
