$4.7 Million in Small Amounts of Money Donated to Democrats – Apparently Without the Donors' Knowledge
[Townhall] Investigative journalist James O’Keefe and Election Watch have stumbled upon a bizarre occurrence in Democratic campaign filings; thousands of small donations totaling often close to a couple of hundred thousand dollars per person made to Democrats from elderly Democrats. It seemed rather strange that these elderly people, who appear to almost all life in average homes and are unemployed, would contribute excessive donations, which average out to multiple donations a day for years. Who makes donations like that? Some people sign up to contribute once a month, which is normal, not multiple times a day.

Suspicious money laundering may have been occurring, with donations made using the old folks’ names and addresses since they were less likely to discover them than younger people. O’Keefe, who started OMG Media Group after parting ways with Project Veritas, showed up at the homes of several of the elderly people, who have been dubbed "Smurfs," to confront them about the excessive contributions. They all appeared to be Democrats of modest means who seemed confused and generally denied making anything but small amounts.

One of the biggest recipients of the small amounts of donations was Janet for Justice, the campaign of Janet Protasiewicz, who narrowly won her Wisconsin Supreme Court race, tipping the balance on the court in favor of Democrats.

Election Watch suspects the money could be coming from overseas interests since the small amounts correlate to currency exchange differences. The strange contributions totaled $4.7 million. They are all publicly available in plain view on the FEC’s website.

O’Keefe and his team showed up at the home of Michael Jamieson in Maryland, who had allegedly contributed 3,000 times totaling 32,000. When asked about the donations, Jamieson, whose employment was listed as "unemployed," opened his rundown-looking door, ranted about Donald Trump, and said, "Stop f****** with me."

O’Keefe stopped by the home of Cindy Nowe, who allegedly contributed 1,000 times to ActBlue, totaling $18,000. She told him she donated to ActBlue for "$5 once in a while" because she has "various charities" she likes to give to. When he asked her if she’d donated $18,000, she said no.

#2  this has possible consequences for the tax liability of the gift givers or individuals involuntarily used as straw donors

gifts over about $15k have to be reported to the IRS and non reporting has a penalty

If you cross reference the addresses to the law suits our side faces, a majority of the addresses trace back to vacant homes, elderly care facilities, or destitute inner city squalors.

Same tactic

#8  Usually the entire point of making a political donation is to have the candidate you support know you support them, so they ‘support’ you if elected. This is why some PACs give to both major candidates in close elections. Clearly the Dems know who support this money laundering scheme.

Austin DA says it's 'deeply troubling' that Texas Gov Abbott wants to pardon Army sergeant convicted of murder
[FoxNews] Travis County District Attorney José Garza hit back at Texas Gov. Greg Abbott over the weekend, saying it is "deeply troubling" that the governor wants to pardon Sgt. Daniel Perry after he was convicted of murder for shooting and killing a Black Lives Matter protester during the violent 2020 riots.

Perry was found guilty on Friday of murdering Garrett Foster, an Air Force veteran who was carrying an AK-47 during a protest in downtown Austin in July 2020. Attorneys for Perry argued that he acted in self-defense after Foster raised the rifle at him, while prosecutors alleged that Perry instigated the shooting.

"In this case, a jury of twelve listened to testimony for nearly two weeks, upending their lives to painstakingly evaluate the evidence and arguments presented by both the State and the Defense. After hearing from civilian eyewitnesses and expert witnesses, and deliberating for over fifteen hours, they reached the unanimous decision that Daniel Perry did not kill Garrett Foster in self-defense and was guilty of murder beyond a reasonable doubt," Garza said in a statement on Sunday.

#2  I've got a compromise...how about we pardon the Sergeant and have the DA serve his sentence. I'd be fully satisfied with this arrangement.

#3  All the cases the DA failed to prosecute are just pardons before the fact.

#4  ...Although SGT Perry will likely be pardoned by the State of Texas, the Army will almost certainly see to it that he pays a price for defending himself. There's no way in hell I see the current DoD leadership allowing him to just quietly go home.

#5  I've got a compromise... send the DA into the worst parts of Austin with gold chains wrapped around him and have him try to walk out of there.

Problem solved.

#9  TW, I believe the Army, or Guard, would see it a double jeopardy and not act. If the DA refused to go after him, then the Army would. But the DA convicted him, triggering double jeopardy...

I could be wrong.

Senator Da Nang Dick:
[NY Post] March Madness was so wild this year that it hospitalized a US Senator well into April.

Sen. Richard Blumenthal, 77, is expected to undergo surgery after he fractured his femur during a victory parade for the UConn Men’s Basketball team in Hartford Saturday.

The Connecticut Democrat was among tens of thousands of fans celebrating UConn’s claim to the NCAA basketball title on Saturday when a fellow parade attendee tripped and fell on top of him, causing him to fracture his femur.

“What can I say, I love a parade!” Blumenthal exclaimed on Twitter. “Proud to be there. GO HUSKIES,” he later added.

The 77-year-old will undergo routine surgery on Sunday “just to make sure everything heals properly,” he noted on Twitter, adding that he anticipates making a full recovery.

Sen. Chris Murphy, who also attended the festivities, lauded his Connecticut colleague for continuing on with the parade even after he had become injured.
"I mean, this is the SAME GUY who bombed Hanoi with his cargo plane AFTER he was shot down TWICE on the same mission!"
“FYI after he broke his femur he got back up, dusted himself off, and FINISHED THE PARADE,” the fellow Connecticut Democrat tweeted. “Most Dick Blumenthal thing ever.”

A broken femur is the one break that is dangerous enough to kill a person if they don't immobilize the leg immediately.

A broken femur can puncture the huge femoral artery which can result in quickly bleeding to death.
