#4  Jake’s argument confirms that they are surveilling us right now and have been since the Patriot Act. The Patriot Act has limits. They are ignoring the limits and just creating corroborating witnesses as needed for prosecutions. The J6 sweep confirms the levels to which they are willing to go in coordination with a corrupt judiciary.

#2  ^ Ref: #1 Mega-Ditto.

Blanket surveillance is not needed, nor legally Constitutional allowed.

Besides once they have a target all they have to do is go to their compromised pocket judges for a warrant which might take an added 10 mins to get a rubber stamped E-warrant.

It is clear what they actual main goal is to scanned the Global backbone for key words/phrases and/or known hostile origins to USA end points in real time. Just like Russia, China and other nations do to their citizens and other countries do to the US.

With that said.

There test cases where the Government is trying to get a toe hold, by claims Social Media is open general public info.

Plus the US Gov is already buying data from cookie tracking companies to use in their hunts.

Plus Keep in mind this also how some Law Enforcement Agencies catch Ped and human trafficking Rings.
