| #3 Without a DEATH PENALTY it is purely thedeflective Federal Agency Media event it was intended to be. How about a simple change in the Sentencing Law for murder? 1st Murder LIFE w/o parole as possibility. With 2+ murders, DEATH mandatory. Plus a 6 year limit on filing appeals before execution . |
