| #4 ^#3 Procopius2k Simple IF, the cyclist and/or the Driver had a cell phone on near the videographer idiot. Then use any of the IMEI codes and Cell Tower tracking & collected data to quickly narrow down the list to a hand-full other near by smart phones... if even that many at 6am. 99x's out of 100 it wasn't a $30 burner, given the 14 y/o age of the idiot. |

| #3 You don't think they know. He filmed it with a cell phone. The cops have been tracking miscreants here by their cell phone. They have a good idea who it was with an id and minute by minute location reading from the phone. There is a lot of open desert around Las Vegas. I wouldn't bother with Lake Meade due to falling water levels (which have already revealed drop offs). *punks are too stupid to put their toys away. |

You'd think given as many times as this has been done in the last few years, someone would have developed a procedural guide or checklist by now? * Notify Social Media Clean Team to scrub comments, * Provide sample persona rewrite to Social Media Clean Team, * Locate, sequester/edit/destroy any manifestos, * Demonize the tool or weapon used, unless it conflicts with prevailing agenda is seeking its ban, * Avoid listing certain protected demographics (race, color, sex, pronouns, LGBT?), when it conflicts with agenda. * IF White, paint the person in ways that support the agenda, ... |
