#4  The real issue is the SGT and the two female cops and what disciplinary actions are being taken against them for obvious bias and dis-honesty in the arrest report/charging documents?

Watch the video from the article and then consider the following quote from the charging documents that the DA later dismissed without mentioning specifics: ""As per a court document acquired by The Lancaster Patriot, Damon Atkins faced charges of “Disorderly Conduct Engage in Fighting.”

The criminal complaint entails “the intent to cause substantial public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly creating a risk thereof, he engages in fighting or threatening, or in violent or tumultuous behavior” and that Atkins “despite being warned by police just moments prior, yelled derogatory comments at an organization that was holding a permitted event.”

The Sergeant would lose his stripes for this in an honest department!

#2  Yeah. This, the situation with the guy intervening on the subway in NYC, I think if I saw a cop in a tight spot against some thug, I'd call 911 instead of intervening.
