Surprise! Harry is every bit as awful as Meghan
2023-01-07
[American Thinker] I’m sure I was not alone in feeling that Harry was one of those okay guys who fell in love with the wrong woman, turned into a milquetoast, and allowed her to call the shots in their relationship, no matter how stupid, cruel, or self-centered those shots were. Harry’s memoir, however, establishes that the low-IQ but ordinary guy we thought we knew was, in reality, every bit as awful as his wife.

The one-time Prince Harry always seemed like an impressively ordinary guy for someone raised in the Royal Family. He publicly went through his stupid teens and early 20s but seemed to settle down after seeing active duty in Iraq and founding the Invictus Games. When Prince William and Kate became an item, Harry seemed happy palling around with them.

And then, Meghan Markle appeared. The world thought it witnessed her transforming Harry into an awful version of a California guy, whining with his posh accent about getting in touch with his feelings. We immediately knew that Markle was a bad apple using the royal family’s stratospheric fame, along with the race and sex cards, to elevate her status in the world, maybe right into the White House.

#8  Hussy is far too complimentary a description Abu, and this is exactly, exactly, what sells in the world the Dirt-Water Duchess soaks in.

Harry is just the tragic/comedic draw. His eventual departure is already being prepped as more proof of "racism" for the Netflix/book sales. The offspring, they will be the next generational story of the denied Prince/Princess racism victims in 2032. Racism grift, the ploy that never stops giving...

#7  All they had to do was pick a cause or two and travel the world promoting that cause and they could have had it all and be beloved by the people of the world. Instead they played rebel and attacked the royals hoping for the love of multi-millionaires.

Bold Strategy

#6  Find a quiet village in the North. Read, breed, hike, fish, raise a few Highlands, have a little single malt and enjoy life.

The guy had it all right there just waiting for him and he gave it up for that hussy. Strange.

#5  Ref #3: I don't believe Megan wants that type of anonymity, B.

Harry's problem is then solved. She goes her own way. Arch and Lil stay with dad.

#1  ...We actually watched the show.

In all honesty, I do have some sympathy for Harry - the man lost his mother (whom he clearly adored) at an early age, for reasons that would and should horrify any reasonably normal person. Add to that the fact that it was made very clear to him very early on that he was the Spare, and I suspect after Prince George was born it got worse. The real problem I have with him is that he is at the current pointy end of a couple thousand years of responsibility and duty...and I really think that he could have found another way to do it without truly walking away.

I don't doubt Megan knew exactly what she was doing, but I also think she badly underestimated what the Windsors were capable of. Eventually, she's going to learn how Wallis Windsor felt.
