| #11 Not sure why attacking the shell of Rudy is worth the risk of discovery. I am not sure that discovery will turn up anything more twisted and despicable than has already been released unless Hunter has decided that he is attracted to poultry. I am going to stay away from GETTR as a precaution. Discovery might show coordination of the 51. The chance to pile on Rudy and a Trump doesn’t seem to be worth the risk. |

| #10 The best defense is always offense. Lawfare is punishment and intimidation by the process itself. The truth and Justice are immaterial. Wealthy political allies and those seeking government largesse will fund massive, expensive, lengthy, and devilishly inquisitive lawfare against Hunters accusers. The examples of Roger Stone and General Flynn loom large. Hunter and Biden Inc are loathsome scumbags, but Jojo commands the biggest checkbook and law firm in the world, the US Treasury and DoJ, and lots of surrogates will take up his fight for the favors that flow for so doing. |

| #6 I think Hunter has been misinformed. For a defamation suit to be successful the people making defamatory statements have to be shown to have made false statements. You could make some pretty random and twisted statements about Hunter and still be likely to find evidence that the statements are true on his laptop. |
