#3  Musk has 3000 potential ASATs already in orbit. Just the old sats that SpaceX will deorbit could take out every Russians satellite. I don't think the Russians have thought this through.

#2  ...The Russians are seriously PO'd at Elon Musk - when he started setting up StarLink for the Ukranians, they tried to hack him out of business...and instead, it turned out that StarLink's people were better and faster...to the point where no matter what the Russians did, the StarLink users never noticed more than a very brief lag.
