Gov. Walz Prepares [Minnesota] National Guard Amid Kim Potter Trial, Maine Gov. Calls Out Guard for Hospitals

[WCCO] Gov. Tim Walz says he is preparing the Minnesota National Guard to provide public safety assistance if necessary during the trial of Kim Potter.

The mobilization to readiness follows a request made by the city of Brooklyn Center and Hennepin County, said the release Wednesday.

“Out of an abundance of caution, we are prepared to ask members of the Minnesota National Guard to be available to support local law enforcement with the mission of allowing for peaceful demonstrations, keeping the peace, and ensuring public safety,” said Walz.

Currently, the national guard will not be proactively assuming post throughout the Twin Cities, said the release.

Potter is charged with first-degree and second-degree manslaughter in the shooting death of 20-year-old Daunte Wright back in April.

Potter says she meant to grab her taser to stop Wright from fleeing in his car during a traffic stop, but instead grabbed her handgun and fired one fatal round to his chest.

For those outside our Minnesota Moscow on the Mississippi gulauge. The Guardsmen in Minnesota hate Walz. He still keeps his temporary rank as permanent and deserted them after his fellow Guards were called into deployment.

His own daughter was giving live updates to Guard deployment to ANTIFA and BLM during the riots that resulted in over 1,000 homes and businesses were burned to the ground in Minneapolis.

When asked about deploying the Guard before his response was something about, "they are only a bunch of cooks". I paraphrase but you get the point.

His overseeing the destruction and State Troopers (his own personal SS) removal of our beloved Columbus statue at, on our state grounds. Then for good measure made sure those responsible would never see jail time.

The man is a complete fraud and well hated here. He's only propped up by our local ChiCom FBI KGB Twin Cities Pravda Media. There is no exaggeration on the later.
