#11  They had an anarchy problem in the earlier portion of the 20th century. As I recall, anarchists were regularly shot if not jailed and/or forcefully deported. Seems to have been an effective remedy.

#10   Can anyone please explain why this is not being call as armed sedition?

Because they are anti-fascists, Torquemada, so by definition they must be the good guys, never mind fiddling facts. Their supporters see them as the current incarnation of Robin Hood, robbing the rich and powerful to succor the poor and disenfranchised, The fact that this is vicious nonsense is not allowed to get in the way of that romance.

As for treason, that is aiding an outside enemy in time of war. Communist China is not openly at war with us, nor Russia. Jihad, Inc is, but they aren’t working with the Black Bloc anarchists. Antifa/BLM, the current faces of the century old anarchofascist Black Bloc syndicate, may be thinking globally toward the communist utopia that will be born in fire and blood, but they are acting locally to undermine local institutions including the police — which is only preparing the battlefield for the big battle at some point n the future. And since each group claims to be acting independently of all the others — that’s the anarcho part — even though they happen to do a lot of cross training on techniques and objectives, and even though they all seem to be saying the same things at the same time and support one another’s efforts, like all rioting about George Floyd or the latest victim du jour — the syndicate part — nonetheless, by definition (again) they are independent and anyway not working to aid an outside enemy.

But the entire thing could be destroyed by trying and imprisoning those who break local criminals laws each time they break the law. In most of the country the voters haven’t fallen for the Robin Hood romance, as far as I can tell.

#9  #7 and #8 -- I got no answer for you, other than to say that in today's environment it would be a big win to get these guys cited for littering. They frickin' announce the riots direct actions on twitter.

Sorry post without finishing my thought.

#7  Can anyone please explain why this is not being call as armed sedition? It seems to fit the description in the 18 USC Chapter 115 §2385. Advocating overthrow of Government

Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so

Of course if you then follow through then you encounter the gem of
