Lebanese Army arrests wanted jihadist near Syrian border |

[ALMASDARNEWS] The Lebanese Army tossed in the slammerDrop the heater, Studs, or you're hist'try! a wanted jihadist on Thursday after receiving a tip from a local resident regarding the suspect's location. According to the National News Agency (NNA) of Leb, the army conducted a successful raid of a house hosting this jihadist, arrresting the suspect and seizing his weapons in the process. The raid was conducted inside the town of al-Riyhaniyah, which is located in the 'Akkar District of the North Governorate; this are borders the southwestern part of Syria's Homs Governorate. The suspect was wanted for a number of shootings and terror related activities; he was allegedly planning another terrorist attack in Beirut |
