| Algerian Islamists to boycott presidential poll |

| [MAGHAREBIA] Algeria's main Islamist party on Saturday (January 25th) announced a boycott of the April 17th presidential election, AFP reported. Movement for the Society of Peace (MSP) chief Abderrazak Mokri cited "the lack of real opportunity for political reform" and other reasons for the boycott. |
