The purpose of the meeting was to clarify misunderstandings which emerged after the dismissal of the two ministers, Azam Swati and Hamid Saeed Kazmi. Rehman Malik also offered to give Science and Technology Ministry back to him and also asked him to rejoin the coalition, the channel said. Fazl said he would discuss his offer during his party's meeting on December 22.
