#8  I forget most of my regulations when I was in the military but I am pretty sure that the ACLU is not a classification authority. Arrest them ALL and since we are at war, line them up against the wall or hang them in the public square.

Sounds like ACLU is trying to change federal regulation. Classified documents, by and large, can only be declassified by the classifying authority.
