An Associated Press reporter saw six wounded - three police, a pedestrian and a police official and his brother traveling in a separate car. Russian officials, citing Chechen police, said only one person was wounded. Chechen rebels frequently use remote-controlled mines to target Russian troops and pro-Moscow police.
